2) You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in the e-mail.
3) By registering your details and voting for the Seasonal Edition you’d like to see on the shelves, you will be automatically entered into the giveaway.
4) The competition prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
5) The giveaway prize consists of one bottle of Original Source shower gel as detailed below:
1. Each week throughout the vote, 5 voters will be chosen at random to receive a bottle of the Original Source British Strawberry shower gel.
2. When the vote has ended, 200 people who voted for the winning shower gel variant to be launched in Winter 2012 will be chosen at random to receive a bottle of this variant before it hits the shelves in September.
6) No purchase is necessary.
7) The competition is open to residents of UK and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over with a valid UK or Northern Ireland postal address. Employees of PZ Cussons (UK) Limited or its affiliate companies, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected to the promotion may not vote.
8) The closing date for entry to the vote is 28th May 2012.
9) A maximum of four votes may be registered via the Original Source Facebook page (www.facebook.com/originalsource.OS) per valid e-mail address/person will be accepted in each 24 hour period (12 midnight - 12 midnight).
10) Registrations and votes must be completed by the registrant only at the Original Source Facebook page. Registrations made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other internet web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial competitions, subscription, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this draw and their votes will not be counted. The use of any device to automate the registration process is prohibited.
11) PZ Cussons reserves the right to select an alternative winner, remove an entrant or withhold or modify a prize in the event that there are reasonable grounds for believing that a winner or entrant has contravened any term or condition of entry or in the event that PZ Cussons has reasonable grounds for believing that the winner or entrant has acted or may act in a manner that could damage the reputation of PZ Cussons, any company associated with PZ Cussons or any brand or product associated with either PZ Cussons or any affiliate company of PZ Cussons. PZ Cussons shall not be required to provide any explanation in the event of it exercising any of its rights under this paragraph.
12) No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Incomplete, inaudible and/or illegible entries will be disqualified. PZ Cussons shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.
13) The results of the competition prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14) The giveaway winners will be picked at random by the Original Source brand team as follows:
1. 5 weekly giveaway winners will be picked and notified each Monday from voters throughout the previous week.
2. The winning flavour giveaway winners will be drawn on 01 June 2012 under the supervision of an independent observer and the winners will be notified via e-mail by 08 June 2012.
15) The giveaway products will be dispatched as follows:
1. The 5 weekly bottles to be randomly given away will be sent out by the Friday following Monday’s random draw
2. 200 bottles of the winning flavour will be sent out following first production of this shower gel, at the end of August 2012.
16) The competition prize winner may be required to participate in post-vote product feedback.
17) By registering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
