  1. No Purchase Necessary.  To enter via the NPN route send a stamped address envelope to Original Source NPN, Department number 10470, PO Box 999, TRING HP23 4ZP.  Only one request per stamped address envelope.  No bulk or third party entries accepted.  Within 14 days we will send you a scratch card, which you can use to enter the promotion as outlined in Point 4.   
  2. Promotion open to all UK residents aged 16 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of PZ Cussons (UK) Limited and Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports Ltd, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. The promotion closes at midnight on 15/10/2007 or earlier if all scratch cards have been issued.  After 15/10/2007 all remaining scratch cards and unredeemed codes will be invalid and cannot be redeemed with this or any other promotion.
  4. To enter the promotion visit www.originalsource.co.uk and enter the code revealed on the promotional scratch card.
  5. Winners will be notified via an instant message after entering their code on the promotional website. 
  6. Winners will be informed of their prize moments after entering the code by receiving a message on screen. 
  7. The prize fund consists of 1 x custom made snowboard or set of ski’s (winners preference), 10 x snowboard boot bags, 5 x ski bag’s, 5 x snowboard bags, 40 x £20 Ellis Brigham vouchers, 5,000 x Ellis Brigham 10% money off vouchers and 2,866 samples of mint Original Sauce shower gel (250ml).      
  8. Please allow 28 days for prize delivery.       
  9. The winners of the custom made snowboard or set of ski’s, snowboard boot bags, ski bags, snowboard bags and £20 Ellis Brigham vouchers will be required to verify their claim by retaining their original scratch card with the unique code printed on it.  These winning scratch cards should be sent to Original Source Promotion, Department Number 10470, PO Box 999, Tring, HP23 4ZP.  Please include on a plain piece of paper your name and full address including postcode.  If this cannot be provided, then the winner risks the prize being forfeited.    
  10. The winner of the custom made snowboard or set of ski’s will select a design from 4 options.  The selected design will be used to customize the snowboard or ski’s.
  11. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.  All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  12. A list of major prize winners and counties will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped addressed envelope to OS Ellis Brigham Winners, TEQUILA/Manchester, St. Pauls, 781 Wilmslow Road, Manchester M20 2RW.   
  13. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
