Chocolate

Chocolate is ancient, but time has only enhanced its popularity and seductive powers. Evoking feelings of indulgence, romance, goodness and wickedness in equal measure, the delicious dark stuff has proven links to dopamine 'pleasure' receptors in the brain. No wonder then that it's used in every imaginable culinary context; hot, cold, spreadable, frozen, formed, flavoured, and though quality can vary wildly, there are not many places in the world you can go and not find chocolate.

Since we love virtually any chocolate-themed experience, it's useful that it's pretty good for us in moderation. Chocolate is great for circulation, muscle recovery, your respiratory system and your digestion.

Of course, moderation is not always easy, but there's no risk of weight gain or acne if you're just having a chocolate shower. So get that gorgeous luxury chocolate wash open and give your skin a taste of well-deserved opulence.
