For your chance to win £500 of sports equipment, you need to let us know how addicted you are to your sport. Firstly upload a picture of yourself in action at your favourite sport. This could be a picture of you scoring with an overhead kick breaking the tape in the 100 metres or even doing an amazing trick on a snowboard. You choose. Then complete a tiebreaker question to let us really know how much of a sport addict you are.

  2. Promotion open to all UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of PZ Cussons, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. To enter you must visit www.originalsource.co.uk and follow the links to the Original Source Addiction promotional micro-site and:
    • Upload a picture or short film of yourself participating in a recognised sport
    • Complete the following sentence in the most apt original way in more than 12 additional words 'I'm addicted to my sport because.'
  4. From all valid entries received, the prizes will be awarded to those entries that the independent judge considers complete the competition sentence in the most apt original way.
  5. The prize fund consists of 1 x 500 of sports equipment and 5 runner up prizes of 1 years supply of Original Source shower gel product. This equates to 24 bottles of Original Source shower gel.
  6. The promotion closes at midnight on 31/03/08.
  7. The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Winners will be notified in writing within 14 days of the closing date.
  9. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
